I made it to these point by the 'chase the light down' method but I don't know how to count where on the top to turn the lights on in order to let the light on the bottom disappear :P

that's the challenge of the game :). We're not allowed to tell how to solve it, its against the rules.

However, you can look for solutions in the wider internet, try google.
